Michael P. Moriarty, CPA

Michael is an advisor who concentrates on developing strategies for closely held businesses, their owners, and other high net worth individuals and families. Additionally, he works closely with non-profit organizations throughout Greater Boston assisting them with their accounting, tax and other financial needs. He has been practicing since 1990.

In addition to his years in public accounting, he has held senior executive positions with a large financial institution and a privately held, start-up publishing firm. This experience affords Michael the perspective to understand the needs of business owners and executives, as well as the dynamics involved in the day-to-day operations of a successful organization. Combining his background as a Certified Public Accountant and industry experience, Michael is uniquely qualified to provide his clients with solutions to today's most complex financial challenges.

Through his alliances with national financial services firms, Michael is able to bring extensive resources to assist his clients in creating and implementing successful financial, investment, and asset protection strategies.

Michael holds a BA in Accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of West Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Massachusetts Society of CPAs, and Florida Institute of CPAs. Active in the community, Michael serves as a trustee and member of charitable boards and their finance and audit committees. He is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and resides with his wife and daughter in Dedham.
